“I once won third place in a NaNoWriMo competition. It’s a writing competition that takes place every November and you basically have a goal to write 50,000 words. You can choose to enter the competition and volunteer judges will take a look at what you write. I wrote an original story. It was a dark fantasy, I guess.”
